Sheet-Pan Citrus Salmon Recipe for Hormone & Gut Health | Modern Endocrine

Ingredients:

  • 4 wild salmon fillets
  • 2 oranges, thinly sliced
  • 1 bulb fennel, thinly sliced
  • 3 carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange salmon fillets, fennel, and carrots on a lined sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and salt.
  4. Lay orange slices on top of salmon.
  5. Roast 18–20 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
